Iowa State fell to the Texas Longhorns by the narrowest of margins last Thursday night. Case McCoy scored the go ahead touchdown with 51 seconds left in the game. Jeremiah George had appeared to seal the victory for the Cyclones earlier in that possession when he stripped the ball from Texas running back Johnathan Gray. However, the call didn’t go ISU’s way on the field or in the replay booth and Texas scored a TD two plays later. Aaron Wimberly had another great game for the Cyclones with 140 total yards and two touchdowns.
